On This Day In Science History: Voyager 2’s Uranus Flyby

On January 24, 1986, Voyager 2 became the first spacecraft to fly past Uranus, the seventh planet from the sun. On this flyby, Voyager 2 discovered 10 new moons & two new rings around the ice giant…and the fantastic voyage continues!
